Once I had figured out the approximate exposures required I just left my camera at that and shot RAW. RAW is amazing and I encourage everyone to at least try it. I use RAW nearly all of the time now because of the flexibility is provides. Basically everything was tweaked from the original RAW file so I didn’t need to get the exposure 100% spot on.
